Moving through time
Britain and France fought the Seven Years' War on every continent from 1756, with the Ohio Valley, Bengal and Quebec all changing hands. Lisbon was destroyed by earthquake and tsunami on All Saints' Day 1755, killing tens of thousands, and in West Africa the Atlantic slave trade peaked.
